Supported statewide planning efforts with Minnesota Management and Budget, the Governor’s Children’s Cabinet, and cross-agency partners to develop a Children’s Mental Health Continuum of Care framework integrating implementation strategy, community engagement, and systems coordination.

In partnership with Research in Action, developed and facilitated evaluation training and applied learning processes to help organizations strengthen equity-centered, community-responsive evaluation capacity and embed strategic learning into ongoing operations and decision-making.

Led equity-focused analyses integrating administrative claims, implementation context, and community-informed perspectives to identify disparities in Home and Community Based Waiver assessment processes, access, utilization, and outcomes and inform policy and systems improvement efforts.

Led evaluation and learning strategy work within Greater Twin Cities United Way focused on building organizational capacity for strategic learning, community engagement, and systems-informed decision-making across complex initiatives and partnerships.

Designed engagement and governance approaches with the MN Department of Human Services that operationalized participation, accountability, and shared decision-making within large public-sector initiatives, including development of structures to align engagement practices with implementation realities and policy requirements.

Supported projects with the University of Minnesota’s Institute on Community Integration focused on translating research into actionable practice through evaluation, facilitation, implementation support, and community-engaged learning approaches.
