Amazingly useful data sits in reports. Teams implement new initiatives without a shared framework for understanding whether they are working, for whom, and why.

Research institutions produce knowledge that is instrumental to the systems that need it, however, it does not always get there in a timely manner. I help academic partners build the evaluation and implementation capacity that effectively connects scholarship to community.
